"View as" is view only. Users can't save changes or take action on the student's behalf. Highly secured information is hidden from view.
Limitations include:
- The student must have the student role or incoming student role.
- The student must be enrolled or registered for the current school year.
- The student must not be withdrawn.
- Teachers can only view students who are in their classes.
- Advisors can only view students who are in their advisory.
From your Roster, find a student or advisee and go to their Profile.
Under the header, select View as user.
A blue banner appears across the top of the user interface and reminds you who you're viewing as. When you're done, select End viewing as.
