Conduct in onCampus can be used to report student infractions. 


Report an Infraction

Infractions can be reported in two ways:


From My Day: Schedule & Performance use the Conduct tile and click Report an Infraction


Or from a student's Profile (Roster or Directory > Find Student > Profile/Contact Card and select Conduct > Report an Infraction


  1. Enter the following: 
    • The date and time of the infraction
    • The student(s) involved. Start typing a student's name and search results will appear. 
  2. Choose the appropriate Infraction from the dropdown menu. 
  3. Enter a brief Description of the incident. This will be visible to the students involved and their parents. 
    • Select the available placeholders to use them in the description, especially if multiple students were involved. 
    • These will populate automatically with the student's information when the infraction is saved. 
  4. Add an Confidential comments or internal notes to be considered. 
  5. Enter the Location of the infraction. 
  6. Select Save as draft or Send for approval
    • Infractions saved as a draft will not be published to anyone other than the author, and can be edited later. To edit a draft, either go to the Conduct section of a student's profile or return to the Conduct tile in Faculty view and select the number beside "Infractions reported by my today". 
    • Once an infraction is saved or sent for approval, it can only be edited by a conduct manager.
