If you are unable to present your iPad screen on a Google Meet and see a grayed out Screen Broadcasting icon, there is a good chance that Screen Time restrictions are responsible.
If your parents have set Screen Time restrictions, you will need their help and password to complete the steps.
Open the Settings app, and then choose Screen Time.
Choose Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Choose Content Restrictions, and then insert your Screen Time passcode if prompted.
On the next screen, tap Screen Recording
Choose Allow.
