When opening a document in Microsoft Word, you might find that you are unable to edit the document are asked to activate your Office 365 subscription. Complete the following steps to activate your subscription. 



  1. Click Activate.

  2. In the screen that pops-up, click Sign in.

  3. Enter your school email address (@ihs.immaculateheart.org) and click Next.

  4. Click Work or school account, Created by your IT department.


  5. Enter your password and click Sign in
  6. You may receive a message that says "More information required". If so, select Next.

  7. Select Set it up now.

  8. For the Authentication Email, enter your school email with "@immaculateheart.org" (NOT @ihs.immaculateheart.org) and follow the instructions to verify the account.
