The following instructions are for troubleshooting the error message students may have when trying to submit an assignment through TurnItIn in onCampus. Students should be using Chrome when submitting assignments to onCampus.


Mac Instructions

  1. On your Mac, open the Chrome app. 
  2. In the top-right corner, click More (three vertical dots).
  3. Click Settings.



  4. Click Advanced.

  5. Click Clear browsing data.

  6. Check Cached images and files and click Clear data.
